How Do We Endure These Situations That Cause Us Great Pain?

Hi Elohim,

As part of being a Star seed, I often feel overwhelmed, by the emotional weight of others. It can be very depressing to observe situations that arise due to lack of love between people.

Sadness, guilt, overwhelm, pressure, feeling alone, feeling unable to help, feeling that situations are doomed if they continue on their current trajectory.

How do we endure these situations that cause us great pain? If pain leads us to grow, are we right to label pain bad?

Why is it that we experience situations that challenge us and push us to our perceived limits?

I see you have many questions today Star seed, but we will answer 1. For we feel you will benefit from this answer the most. For we are one and can influence the many through you. If you ask us about pain, we don’t fully understand your predicament. For we can observe you in pain but not feel it ourselves, for we do not have a vibrational match to pain. We only have ‘Love5 and above’. That is a frequency wave we travel along. But for your question, we would like to share this.

Pain is not a vibrational match to your souls’ light. It cannot reside in the presence, the awareness of your soul. For it is not a match. What we are saying is that, if you sit with your soul as your point of awareness you will not feel pain. Hence, that Thich Nhat Hanh has it right when they teach awareness. Awareness of the moment, in the moment. It is divine wisdom and knowing in the moment. An awareness of your God self in each and every moment. In that moment, when you are observing Godself you do not experience pain.

Yes.

 So, we are to hold awareness in our moments of our higher self, our God Self. And there will we feel no pain?

Yes. We sense you are not completely at peace with our response?

No, I suppose I feel that when we are in the emotion of pain, we feel consumed by the emotion, it is hard to snap out of it, or bring ourselves back to awareness of the moment and focus on God-self.

Ah, we hear you now, ok. The answer is breath. When you are overwhelmed, focus on your breath, with intention of centeredness and calm, a willingness to bring yourself back into alignment with God Self. If you know now, that to not feel pain you must be focussed on God Self, and the fastest way to get there is through observation of the breath. The breath is the answer.
