How do I start to be grateful?
When I don’t like my job and my relationship isn’t going very well. Money matters are stressful at the moment. I just feel YUCK!
We send you love first as we can see the position that you are in.
It does feel hard and you may not be feeling happy. The best way to start changing your situation for the better, is to start acknowledging the things that ARE going right no matter how small and seemingly insignificant.
You can start with your health, Are you healthy?
Start with having a roof over your head, or a bed to sleep in, clothes you like to wear, and comfortable shoes?
Warm running water for a shower.
Clean water to drink.
Food in the cupboard.
Money in the bank for food and bills.
A loving family member.
A pet that is happy to see you.
The list can go on forever, quite literally!
But start with ONE thing and practice saying;
“ I am so happy and grateful for…..”
You will get use to this.
Keep working at it everyday,
This will help you to feel lighter in your current space.
